A doctor's schedule is usually unpredictable depending on each patient's case, therefore it is imperative to be on time for your scheduled appointment.
If you are a new patient with us and did not have the opportunity to print out our new patient forms ahead of time, it is important to be AT LEAST 20 minutes early as to not cut into your appointment time; this gives you plenty of time to fill out the paperwork and give us all current insurance information.
Existing patients should be prepared to give any new information including any changes with your dental insurance.
As a courtesy to our patients, we have an onsite Treatment Coordinator, Lisa, who can help you maximize your dental insurance and help keep out of pocket expenses low.

We offer a variety of financing options to help suit your needs and make the out of pocket expenses more manageable:

- We accept Care Credit (May qualify for 0% financing subject to credit approval) we can assist with the application process.

Office hours are by appointment and we do value your time. This office is a private practice dental office and not a dental "clinic". Appointment time is reserved for you and you alone. We pride ourselves in providing personal time for personal attention that each patient deserves, and we respect your time and make every effort to keep you from waiting. Emergencies happen every day and we work with each patient to see them at a convenient time for both them and the office. When a patient does not show up for their scheduled appointment, this prevented a possible emergency case to not be care for in a timely manner. No-shows are documented in charts and charged a no-show fee of $60 per hour in doctor schedule and $40 per hygiene appointment; this fee must be paid before a new appointment will be made. A no-show on a second appointment of a new patient will result in an immediate dismissal of the practice.
This may include (but not limited to) pain, sensitivity, chipped tooth, lost tooth and/or anything that causes discomfort. These appointments are given as a courtesy to our patients and will be scheduled as soon as both the patient and the doctor’s schedule permits. Because Dr Rivardo has previously schedule cases, this appointment will be to consult with a team member, take proper x-rays, perform diagnostic tests and get a thorough examination by the doc. A treatment plan will be agreed upon and the patient will be put into the schedule accordingly. Messages left over the weekend are picked up and called back at the patient request. A phone call will be returned and be put into the following weeks schedule.
